Jully’s classes start with QiGong warm up and breathing exercises, move through careful practice of basic forms and then on to swords or fans. These sessions are open to all, and success is in your hands. Just be ready to work hard, long, and consistently :-). All it takes is dedication, flexibility and balance will come.
